Would it be possible to make the keys that go to the locks of the guild offices, GA, GM, and champion, to reset to them like artifacts? That way guilds do not have to worry about losing the key when the position changes hands.

And if any of the gods wants to take the full step, special office doors would be amazing. One's that are either password locked or ones that only respond to certain people.

The Ebonguard's are actually like that already. I just don't know the special code for the Champion office (a succession of Champions has asked me).

Huh, interesting and cool. The Nihilist doors are not like that and I know that we are missing keys. I assumed that all guilds were like that and were probably missing keys.

The SD are missing one key that I know of

The Shadowdancers are missing keys. I'm a secretary, and of the current Secs I've been one longest, so I have a key - but some of the others don't!

I know they are supposed to stop the flow of blood which makes a waterfall type thing, but I can't remember if they pinch the bloodvessel, or pull a lever or what...

The Paladins have a very neat set up. Only the Archons can get into their offices though. We have a statue in the Keep which we use a special salute to get in.

Yes, please.

Don't see a bloodvessel, vein, artery, pore, any of various other terms, or a lever there. Ah well!

Sphincter?

That's further down.

Sorry, I had to give this one lichseed.

I have to psychometabolism shift into my own office, because Callia lost her key to it. Who EXACTLY are we supposed to speak to about this, guild patrons?
Doman2008-06-02 03:34:17
yeah. it costs like...anywhere between 200k to 500k to get special doors
Jigan2008-06-02 03:36:21
Patrons/Matrons. Or, you could have a new special method of entry like the Paladins do.

Or, just tune your artifact to the door by asking the Patron.

You guys have locks on your offices, but not only that, you have special locks??? What do you guys keep in there?

Soj, we need to get us some of these.
Jigan2008-06-02 03:53:03
The Paladins have the Statue of Dolph. You use the special Paladin salute on it, assuming you are a guild leader, it teleports you to your office.

Offhand, I think it costs 5k for a new key. Ask an ephemeral or that locksmith who lives near the d'Murani tower. If you want a special snazzy door, it'll cost you, and you should contact me in game.
Jigan2008-06-03 01:13:26
Get one you have to answer, like...."What is the colour of night?"

Or, make it a puzzle one, where only the worthy can enter, and it's tradition to figure out the code before entering the office.

Or, soaked in the blood of someone. Like novices.

thats me screwed, the gods did not bless Snaithy with logic.

the Paladin setup is pretty cool, though I did have to take down a painting that had been linked so people stopped walking in whilst I was discussing guildy stuff -peer Tervic-
Jigan2008-06-03 01:27:52
Hey, I liked not having to go fetch people while I'm working. I just tell them to meet me in my office, and they touch the painting and come right on in.
