This is easier than you'd think. If you turn yells off and make sure someone with the enemy-entered-area artifact from the old auction isn't around, you can stand in just about any area without getting harassed.

I'd go for the chisel if it cut statue destruction time down to two minutes. Otherwise, eh.

Someone want to tell us if these are going to be the only auction items for the season? Want to know what to prepare for - going to be out of the country for the end of December/most of January.

The ethereal summoning artifact will still be worthless until fae are made uncritable.

And Xavius, those artifacts are now on sale permanently so anyone can get them.

I was thinking that it might reduce the ego drained when you influence or debate, but not when you get hit back. Even if that's the case, its still pretty awesome.

Both the Rune of the Magi and Rune of Charisma only affect mana/ego loss from your own personal casting use. It does not affect, for example, the mana loss you would accrue from Lash/Amissio/Succumb/etc. Still, for mana-intensive spells, this can be quite a boon.

I remember the MagiCrown being absolutely unbelievable in the hands of a Healer Celestine. So yeah, I can see the benefit here. But not having it affect influence/debate is a major downside.

Hrm.

I suppose TK mages would love it to pieces.

Except Manse artifacts cost gold, meaning its a gold sink, and meaning we might see credit prices drop a bit. So that's very good! tongue.gif
