All right, I need to confirm something from you Popo gurus... is there a minimum star requirement in order to teach a skill? Because I remember hearing that teaching is faster than "improving skill" in order to get stars, so I was thinking about teaching.

I have no problem improving skills, my only thing is... I have nothing to DO while improving skills. :/
It was far more interesting getting the skills than improving them, because I had to interact with people and it actually gave me something to do!

I'm on world tour. I don't see why you have to stay put to improve skills. Touring is at least interesting.

Also, Ildaudid, I gave you the wrong information (yet again). It's not exactly a bug, it does that at first when you're learning a new skill from a teacher from time to time. It sucks.
