We could always go to a city that doesn't have "no teaching crime stuff" laws...I'm sure there's some shady Eastern European city that wouldn't mind.

They are pretty vauge, get me a key to your apartment and in a day or two (after the last jam I have at 8am) I will go over there and teach you B.Crime (I don't know how long it will take since I have no *'s in it yet) But you should be able to learn that... you will need like 2-3*'s in Basic Street Smarts for me to teach you B. Stealth though. (If you don't have those already)

It is ok to teach/improve criminal skills in private homes, just can't do them in public. After that bitch cop interrogated me out of the blue one day, I figure I better not risk improving B. Crime while I have jam sessions, since I will be in a public place when I get the update... And even if I am stealthy with my cloak on, if I happen to be in a room with that bitch again and she interrogates me and finds out I was improving it, I may have to do community service or something gay which will mess up my whole tour/don't get caught on little crimes, only major crimes motto.

So I was going to the newbie forums to post the question, and I saw a question about CEOs, read it right quick, saw it was in Italian, replied to it in my best Italian...

When were you bitched out? You can ask any question you like here. The newbie forums are a huge answer resource, I read them now and then to pick up tidbits that I didn't even know I didn't know. But if you're more comfortable asking here, feel free. Just know that maybe we might not actually know the answer.
