edit - and we all Lusternia. Sadly though, it has slowly become a bitter game of "he who runs to the forums first wins".
I fear one day soon they will end up adding in some type of bonus for people who get a hangnail while typing on a keyboard and come to the forums to complain about it

Riders!
And why does a top-200 rock act pull less than $10k a show? It's annoying to publically withdraw an invitation, and I probably just got my club blacklisted for that band.

So, much much much much much to Reipoo. It seems that she clued me in on the best way to keep my mood and health up: Eat chocolates at every update and exercise at the gym.
Both my mood and health have steadily been increasing since I started that.

But resting stops being effective after a while - you start to get those "resting more now just makes me lazy and fat" messages in the 70ish percent range for health. Once you start gettin those, you gotta move it to the gym.

Got offered a CEO job for a club. I told them about Athena. I could make a lot of money if I took it but I get money from my boss now without doing any work.

Not to sound ungrateful, but please don't do that! Athena is happy in her 1.5k job; she already feels horrible the first job she had (from her mentor) went out of business, and she really wants to make sure the current job (owned by the mentor's wife) does well! And it went down in quality BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE ARSES AND QUIT WITHOUT REALIZING IT HURTS THE QUALITY OF THE LOCALE. I still haven't gotten it back up to incredible; ugh. Is it too much for a 24hr notice? Firing them doesn't hurt their quality. *grumbles* Well, that I know of, anyway.
But uh, thanks anyway, Ild.
Ildaudid2008-02-14 02:14:51
Figured you would want a job where you actually did something, like you normally seem to like to do. Set up shows, etc, etc watch rider and the like. I didn't know that you felt you had to work for someone because they had a buisness that went belly up (and not because of you). But don't worry I won't recommend Athena for anything like that again. My bad

From Mr. Shrimp'd diary: Lee Riisager sang to me. It sounded truly abysmal.
Then I got a message from him:
Ugh, how dare you subject me to such horrible croaking! I've responded in kind.
My diary: Alan Statharos sang to me. It sounded truly abysmal.

Reiha rawks my world.
Who wants to chip in with me to buy her a new computer so she can use non-crappy messenger systems, like GChat or AIM, or so that she could at least keep herself logged in to MSN?
HMMM???

On a separate note (hence a separate post), I have a question for you all:
Do you all think it'd be worth it if I were to spend some time skilling Basic Photography? I want to get more experience points per week. Currently I'm only getting one. I don't know what else I can do besides taking photos of people on the paparazzi list, but I don't think that'd work too well without getting higher Basic Photography.
I know that jamming and doing concerts gives you more exp points, but I don't want to put any undue stress on the band, and I'm not the leader.
Any advice?
Thanks,
Mynpoo.

Don't need to skill photography to take shots. I've been doing the stress-thing for you, though, trying to make sure that we get in at least 3 jams/concerts a week. 3, plus a single successful photo, seems to be 2 experience a week. Not quite as good as a jam session / concert every day (which gets you 3 a week), but have to make some sacrifices for the team.

Oo...
So is it the TAKING of the photo that counts, regardless of whether it gets submitted/accepted?

Yep, taking a successful one of someone on the Paparazzi list.
There just aren't many of 'em in Melbourne. They also tend not to stay there long.

Let you get better shots, I think (though you need instant film for instant cameras). I can't seem to find a reason to use instant cameras, though. People can still dodge those photos. So I just use the cheapest film for my normal camera, since I'm not trying to actually take a winning photo yet.
