Ok I issued to make sure of this... it ONLY increases health, it does not speed up the demon or anything other than give it more health.
Lets remember general practice is you dont even attack a standard ent while its owner is alive, why attack the angel when the owner can beat on you still?
Heres some ideas (I wouldnt expect them all):
-Increase the number of double attacks such that harrow gives 2 double attacks and sourge/wrath give 6-7
-Reduce the cost of Scourge/Wrath to 6-8p. Also reduce harrow (currently 3p, for the next attack using 2 powers) to 2p.
Either of these would do well without making the Demon insanely powerful or anything.

Why is this needed? If you don't feel your ent needs more health, then don't get it more health. Don't really think the silly little dears need any more upgrading.

More attacks or less cost isnt an upgrade when its from an arty...

If science ever invents a way to see life through someone else's thoughts, I have dibs on you first. I would love to understand how things get shifted in that twisting path from your eyes, through your brain, down your spine, to your fingers.

Attacking more or for cheaper does not make the demon stronger, just cuts power costs kind of like the items for teleport and tesseract being free.

When teleporting/tesseracting to someone 6 times rather than 4 manages to strike them dead instantly, let me know.

A full 5 hits from a demon doesnt kill you instantly, not sure what you are even talking about.
EDIT: Also recall that arty saves 3p or 5p every time a teleport or tess is done when they have that item. As compared to savin 2-3p?

Out of curiosity, what would you do for the Ethereal rune?
Make fae attack faster?

The point was more your stupid relation of increased affliction output vs teleportation cost. 6 teleports vs 4 doesn't mean jack, but getting 16 afflictions rather than 8? That could make a difference.

Umm it would add like 1 or 2 more double attacks which is a gain of 1 or 2 affs in that time frame...
@incabulos: No idea on the fae.. they are really easy to die but iunno, have seen em get slain just to stop them from annoying people in a fight.

Harrow = 1 double attack for 3 power. You want to make it 2 double attacks for 3 power.
So, for the cost of 12 power, a current Guardian can get 4 double attacks = 8 afflictions. You want to let them get 8 double attacks = 16 afflictions.
See where I'm coming from?
I would say that doubling the effectiveness of anything, even if its by an arti, is a pretty major upgrade.

You're aware that each spec has a skill that gives five double attacks for 10p, right?
Anyways, I kill cosmic ents too. It's not a fae-specific thing. Either you want the boost and bid or don't want it and don't bid.

Yes, I do. But the point still stands, since he also wants to make Scourge/Wrath do more attacks and/or lower the power. Doubling the effectiveness of the ability is still overkill for something that for fae would only give them some health. That was really my only point.

i'd be happy if fae, ethereal stags, turtles, wyrms, crows were made uncrittable like wolves and angels
Wiccans have one entire skillset that is devotes to fae. They're critable maybe 2 or 3 hits to die without crits. mutts are in tracking. Just a fraction of the skills in that skillset. Angels/demons? same thing for their skillsets.

2-3 hits per fae without crits, at what, 13 fae? That's 26-39 hits to kill all the little faes without crits, or 13 if they're all decent crits. I'm pretty sure that 13 hits will take out a demon or angel without crits, though I'm not COMPLETELY positive. I've not tried in a while.
Of course, someone can just target 1-2 of the Wiccan's fae and ignore the rest, but that's a different matter altogether.
