Lyreth was sort of bard-y but he's been inactive for awhile now. The Order is still open, though.

Xavius talked to people about joining the order and found it rather depressing.

Lisaera has traditionally been a great supporter of the arts and poetry particularly, or at least I thought so: current Lisaera seems intent on disabusing me of that notion, or something like that... I'm not really sure and I'm not really trying to figure it out either.

That's really disappointing. Serenwilde needs a great patron of the arts. ...Actually, -any- really active figures of that nature would be wonderful for the Basin in general.

Yes, please. Bring back Isune!

Vira's Order has just started giving a special place to Harbingers and is working on Order-specific instruments for all members to carry (not just Bards). Beauty is going to be a big focus for a while, albeit with a definitely pro-Glomdoring/pro-Wyrd direction.
I wouldn't say the Order is a "bardic" Order by any stretch of the imagination, nor will it ever be, but we're working on giving bards (in their artistic capacity) a solid niche in our overall effort.

I want in to Lisaera's Order. But I moved to Celest...do I have a chance?
EDIT: of course, Lyreth's a candidate - but he's gone, and I know from experience that patron-less Orders tend to decay...
