Works with the latest public release of CMUD. (Which is 2.17 in case anyone missed the release today). Will not work with 1.34. If you want information on it, read the information on the website.

If you find bugs (and you probably will as it's just out of beta testing), submit them via the contact links on the site. If you have ideas for improving it, use the links. I'll probably release a new version weekly or so until all the kinks are worked out and it's at the point where all parts are verified to be working 100% as intended. After that only when I feel like tinkering with the mechanics behind it or game mechanics change.

How to use it should be pretty self-explanatory after reading the information on the site. Make sure you understand what the actual features of the system are so you don't expect it to do something it won't.

I am not providing personal one on one support for this system unless you decide you really would like to purchase it. System may be free but my free time isn't! So any messages, tells, e-mails (besides bug reports and ideas) will likely be ignored.

Enjoy.

I'm sure many people will appreciate your efforts. The site looks good and the package has a lot in it.

P.S. You should upload the package to the Package Library, where people will be able to find it and download it easier. You can put your web site address in the description field, so they know where to get the documentation.

Very cool.

please upload it to the package library. THe main reason I wanted CMUD was so I could download the latest version of my system from where ever I am.

Also, you can add passwords and the like to full customers so they can grab the latest version as well.

No, I'd rather not put it on the package library right now. I prefer the site for the moment.

Really awesome thing you're doing. smile.gif

Neat. I might end up using this at some point, and do with it what I did to Geb's (break it horribly but have it magically work anyways).

I keep getting outputs like htat. Is that because of cmud and lusternia or the system?
Ilyarin2007-12-16 08:35:57
Looks like cMUD isn't gagging the ATCP lines properly, at a guess.

any suggestions? I only get it once in a while.
Unknown2007-12-16 13:55:34
Log it in the script debugger window and send it in as a bug report?
Daganev2007-12-16 16:54:08
also, how do I access variables that are in another package?
Unknown2007-12-16 20:19:54
Make sure the other package is enabled in the package you're using. Look at the package properties to see a checklist of packages that are accessible to it. Also, make sure your packages are published in such a way (non-local) that allows access in other packages.
Catarin2007-12-19 15:05:24
The 1.2 version of this package is on the website. It includes Ninjakari and rupture curing and a few other bug fixes.
Daganev2007-12-19 16:47:55
You rocksors
Catarin2007-12-19 19:58:21
Okay, did a quick update to add in support for capturing stats (and thereby actually keeping your stats up) without ATCP for those who are using Mudbot (which is selfish about passing ATCP lines on).

If you use mudbot, the system will now work for you. Just make sure you read the instructions.

If you already downloaded 1.2 and don't use mudbot, don't worry about downloading this latest version.
Daganev2007-12-19 20:04:05
inquring minds want to know... whats mudbot and what does it do?
