I am looking to buy those manses you just want to get rid of (mostly small smarter ones, though I will help sell larger). I can either buy it and sell it or just help you sell for a service fee...

NOTE: I am lookin to buy at like 200-250K, and would sell at like 275-300K so people can get them at lower costs.
