I remember the date the founders were let in because I was in Vegas that weekend and I don't generally go to Vegas all that much.

Now, I personally am indifferent as to whether you release the lines or not. However, I would rather people not believe you're holding off the same period of time the last Monk guild did. You do not wish to release the lines the same reason any other group across IRE hesistates about releasing their lines - because while people don't have them, you are at a distinct advantage. While this is hardly compatible to the recent wave of the free sharing of combat knowledge, it is about as much as most people expected from this group heh.

You guys are going public tonight or tomorrow. So Forren would have been line collecting after you went Public. Meaning Tahtetso did not do the same thing.

And how long were they open privately? Because I know I waited 3 days from when I asked for them. I also helped her fix some of them. I do remember the Tahtetso going to town on people, but that is besides the point.

And Catarin, please don't assume why I don't want to release the lines. I already have someone with the lines. Who will be more than happy to share them after a couple of days. They are impartial to this and also know about waiting for the tahtetso lines. Which is why they understand. I really think giving Mag monks 10 minutes to breathe would be nice. And by pissing off the only few trans Ninjakari members I don't think Forren is getting the lines that much quicker.

And back to my thoughts about not using some skills. I haven't because mainly when helping a person with the lines we discovered that there was no cure for some things. This is why I haven't used my skills. Although it would be nice to jump some people with these skills. I have held off due to that main reason.

I also understand Catarin, I like the advantage of being able to give Magnagora a month or two of being able to fight back well. However tempting it is, I am not that way. I only wish Ninjakari have a couple of days to get used to the skills themselves. Hell I don't even have katas made yet, and the lines I was helping the impartial party with, I had to set them up one at a time.

Just give Ninjakari a day or two, let them have time to even learn from their teacher. And then I am sure enough time will have passed to equal the delay that we all had with Tahtetso. (Premiere relase to line posting)

And please - while I might have an ego sometimes, I'm always trying to help people. This sort of elitist skillset restriction crap belongs on Aetolia, not Lusternia.

Well, line collecting != fighting. Line collecting is more done in arenas and such.

But...Are you guys seriously whining about someone collecting lines and offering them up to everyone? The same person who collected every line from the guilds in their org? What difference does one day make from two?

try forming your posts differently then, your post made it look like you were some ego-maniac that is EXPECTING us to just jump through hoops to give you these. If you stated it differently, i doubt people would have jumped down your throat

I actually considered charging for them, but I started seeing people in the early pre-forum days of the list use them to build their own systems that I decided to make it public, no charge, maintained often and at no charge. Apparently I'm being elitist and egotistical for helping others get into combat by providing triggers to use against my own org's classes.
