So we had a new character join Celest, name of Shenh.

I make it a habit to honours all new characters, just to see if they're Illithoid or Viscanti, or have some interesting race/guild combination. Just... nosiness.

I mistyped, and wound up with:

Shen (Unassigned God).
The circumstances of His beginnings are beyond your feeble understanding.

So naturally, this brings up the question, what is Shen the god of? My immediate thoughts went to Egg Shen from Big Trouble in Little China. The name evokes Chinese imagery, though that could just be me.

Do you know of any other unassigned gods?

Anyways, Shen's is going to be the patron of Jojoba. Which means we have more orgs coming in..

Someone told me Shen was a coder from the Beta era.

That's actually somewhat disappointing.

If Shen was a new god persona, you'd probably have ruined his day by making him publicly known before he was 'released', so to speak. You should be happy he's not a current admin! If you find a god that might be new, keep hush and wait for the surprise! Imagine you had to spend x months away from players and were on the brink of having that first interaction, until you see a thread about you on the forums! You'd be crushedness!

Anyway, yeah.

Actually, I'd probably use said thread to spread rumours about myself that are entirely unrelated to what's actually going to happen to throw everyone off so that they are totally confused.
