Oddly enough, the Issue I filed still hasn't received a response. Admin must be having issues with it too tongue.gif

Probably are investigating previous issues to confirm the claims by people wether it is illegal or not. I find the issue system flawed in that way. People expect you to know all "fair play" rules that where enforced in issues, yet unless people inform you about them (and most of the time other players are dishonoust about it) you can not find them anywhere. I have suggested in the past to just make a help file under policies with a list of illegal actions but they never liked the idea (probably because open knowledge of bugs and illegal action tends to cause them to happen more)

Anyway some of you need to get more consistent in your argumentation and decide wether you find it bad because of avenger or bad because of getting a denizen to help.

It's not a lust skillset... it's a small part of the Influence skillset. It can be useful for guards, or certain quest denizens-- but using an NPC to dodge suspect (while actually fighting them-- as you said, Bob wouldn't kill them alone, so you must have been doing some kind of "hold down") has been issueable in the past.

My first post. It's been very consistent all along. Though you are correct that it wasn't bypassing Avenger in this instance, doing it in general is. My entire argument has, however, been that Avenger-dodging is Bad (and saying that Lust is not a skillset).

The counter argument was that there are "other things that don't give status, so doing this is okay!" I think that's been pretty well debunked at this point.
