With a deft pirouette, Monk whirls an iron chain about himself, bringing it crashing into the side of your head. Can do blackeye (I think that means blackout+blind), fracturedskull, or confusion.

Monk spins an iron chain around himself in a protective blur of whirling chains. DON'T ATTACK!
An iron chain catches you with a glancing blow, gouging a stinging welt across your exposed skin. And you're unconscious now!
Ashlamkh - Five Ruptures
White hot pain stabs through your head as the chain lashes it with a sickening crack, ripping away chunks of your scalp. Concussion
You choke up bile and blood as your stomach ruptures, your skin blotching with angry bruises from internal bleeding. Ruptured Stomach
You vomit up hot blood as your chest crumples inward like wet parchment from the chain's impact. Crushed Chest
The chain stretches taught around left arm, shredding the muscles and flesh into a bloody froth. Mangled left arm
Oolibah
With a look of concentration, Monk unleashes a powerful kick at your right arm.
Kick plus it numbs three random areas like so: "has a numbed chest.". Cure is apply health. A warmth flows through your right arm.
For ruptures - curing - "A rupture point in your right arm has been completely healed."

A reminder - "an iron chain" is not universal. Could be "a furry gold chain" later on in one design, for all I know.

These are lines as you'd see them from the game, wrapwidth removed. They'll work fine as is on wrapwidth 250. You'd need to change things to wildcards where there should be, etc. It's the same idea as my regular trigger line list, which will soon be updated, but it's 4 am and I wanted to get this list out before I went to sleep.

Here's what I did and the pattern matches. Note this is NOT attempting to really track ruptures as shown by the asteriks on the body itself since...you can track that in two other places. Though I suppose you could capture the wildcard that indicates them and then just count how many * there are but..why bother with the other, more easily parsed places to get them. I guess they really really wanted us to see them. Or something:

I don't know if I'm misunderstanding you since you didn't make it clear what the other 2 places are (the reason it went on wounds is to stop it spamming up diag, and other classes might have easier-to-miss rupture gains) but ninjakari basic attacks can give ruptures and that's currently masked, so AFAIK you would still need wounds output to check it unless that changes.
