I dont know what your talking about, if you actully mentioned whatever your talking about i might have an idea. but your talking in riddles.

The only thing that has changed from all your questions of why can't i instakill someone with hexes in my room with a gank party is that it would actully take some strategy to kill someone without gank attacking everything with carcer/rubble/hexes. (which are all cheap moves) they are still useful just takes some thoughts behind of using them.

and you still didn't mention why choke would be overpowered.

The only change that has happend to my ideas was a cooldown of 10 seconds before able to use it again to prevent spamming it.

Because if monkbarge bypassed choke, choke would become worthless in group fights. Monks already have a large advantage against chokers, compared to most. This shouldn't be allowed.

If monkbarge didn't bypass choke, Glomdoring effectively becomes immune to the entire concept of the monkbarge. This creates a very strong advantage for them.

Neither situation is balanced.

walls, blocking, shielding is still useful to avoid beckoning (Which is a gank skill)

Care to elaborate?

How does it bypass choke? It does indeed have a potential of putting someone out of a choked room or in another choke room, but it doesn't bypass it.

Again it wouldn't be worthless. The skrimisher can get ganked in choke (another person comes to defend the target and be fighting a demesne and his target in choke.)

It realy sounds like your reaching here

Our room. Their room. Another room.

I leave our room, enter their room (choked/hexed/trapped) with one of your proposed skills. Do I get hit with choke/hexes/trap/whatever? Or do I ignore them and instantly carry off my victim?

Do these skills ignore all of those skills, or are these skills worthless against those defenses?

If it's the former, it's far too powerful. If it's the latter, it approaches useless and certainly imbalanced in favor of the Glom.

And it's not just choke or hexes or traps. There are so many skills involved, here and you're either reducing their value (nerfing them for their intended purposes) or you're making a skill that won't work because every group will have these effects in place -if only to stop monkbarging-.

Hmm... first thought is that:

They hit in the room they land in. But not in the room they sweep by (in Ninjakari's case they dont hit at all)

On second thought, i dont think it matters if they hit on the barge. The "barger" have to move to escape, and then he would get hit by those things.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

You're taking about skirmish. He's talking about skrimish. Entirely different thing! Skrimish means "the ability to remain oblivious to the depth of your misunderstandings".
