I'm at my parents house and I get this message when I try to connect to Lusternia.
Connection refused, same message when I try using the Java Nexus at the homepage, has
my parents domain been banned for some reason? Or am I just doing something wrong?

I'm not the most computer-minded, so my advice is probably bad, but have you checked your firewall?

Thats the first thing I tried nothing changed.

Are you using a router? Plugged in directly to a cable modem? On dial-up? Describe your current situation.

Using router, I've never had this problem before, little brother just recently installed Norton 360 no idea if that has anything todo with it, I've tried to shut it down but obviously Norton no longer have an shutdown toggle anymore.

Weird; have you e-mailed support in case they thought you were character-sharing or something? Although I play the game at my mom's house and library, and I'm not refused service. :S
