I'm trying to hone in my Pureblade skills and develop an effective tactic base. As an Orclach, it is in my best interest to master this skill and weapon style. If anyone has advice or suggestions that they would like to post for future Pureblades then have at it. My hope is that at some point it is easier for a Pureblade to rise in the combat world.

My advice, instead of lengthy ways to fight here.... Your a paladin, so speak with Geb, he is a Pureblade (or if not now, he was one for quite some time). He may be able to give you alot more help than just the forums can, especially since you can actually interact with him IG (you aren't an enemy of his). He will be able to help you alot, if he has time to do so.

If not, Orclach is nice for bashing as a PB (since you get the spec bonus with a 2handed sword from them) But I am not sure if it will outweigh being say an Aslaran for the speed, or a Human for the exp. I liked them for some of the resistances. But I always found Aslaran PB with a really really good katana was a nice choice. I was able to actually use my basher for PvP with the speed of an Aslaran coupled with 280speed on the weapon.
