It's pretty lame whoever does it, but it's at least leaning towards the side of "not blatant bug abuse" so having people stop exploiting it is not going to happen.

I'll point out that linked, flooded scorpions literally won you your last wildnodes. and don't drain taurus, I use them to defend. Nejii gets no say cause he's never up during a wild nodes and has never seen them happen. the most we had was very recent and we had 8 who fought awesomely and did good stuff. But generally we have less and I count on bulls to defend.

It's a lot easier to get around defending-linked-critters as an attacker than as a defender. We've tried it both ways, and it's nearly always more of a negative to us than a positive. As it kept happening, every single wildnodes, and there was no sign of it stopping-- it's gone.

If, however, people feel more reasonable OR the problem is fixed, I imagine it won't be hindered any further. I'd personally just rather that the problem be fixed, so people can use Astral without having to rely on other people behaving somewhat decently during certain events.

(As a note, Seren's node is rarely ever linked to offensively, up to this point at least)
