More of a fun topic but have had wierd conversations turn up ideas.

So heres the topic, make a guild, using a base guild and then make some changes.

For instance, city bards with ecology is fine but why stop there? Hartstone tarotist?

You -are- allowed to make new skills or change their effects. No you shoudlnt expect a new guild like it to come out but its a chance to have fun while still giving some interesting ideas.

I want Warriors/Monks to be folded into one guild, and Bards/Druids // Bards/Mages to be folded into the same guild.

That's real fusion!

EDIT: I want psionics too, but I don't know which to drop for it.

Nihilism changes:

You could have 1 of each demon type with you. Only the highest rank one is investable in the group. Meaning if you have an imp you can invest that imp, if you have an imp and fiend you can invest the fiend, etc. The demons below would have their own effects once outranked.

*Imp: Passive sleep
*Fiend: Health/mana/&ego damgae
*Demon: Passive dominate
*Archdemon: Would be investable as per normal.


New skill:

*TaintOoze: 5p. Cover a hapless victim in Taint, slowing their actions. Acts like sap, cleanse cure.

Why would I put a saplike skill in? Because Aeon is oh so common and Nihilists can prone and hinder better than stick affs to stop aeon curing.


These may not seem huge or they may seem monumental based on your point of view. While sap isnt as delaying as aeon, it tends to be easier to entangle paralyze and such than worry bout aeon affs. By all means tarotists could still go with aeon for the better delay. But hexists would be able to work more about sleeplocks and sticking hinders than their offense while a fiend drains people. Passive Sleep, damage, and dominate would be extremely nice.

SLeeplocks for Hexists (as well as holding prones)
Passive drain for tarotists to worry about sticking aeon
Astrologists dont get any specific special bonus from this, but it cant hurt!

This may also seem really wierd but ecology might be fun with this as a tertiary if demons had their changes.

Go head and make suggestions to alteration, its not going to be a guild but its fun to make stuff happy.gif

Actually, fusing Archetypes into guilds wouldn't be a bad idea. A Physical Combat guild, (monk/warrior) a group combat guild (Mages/bards) and then the Guardians would be left alone cuz they suck happy.gif

Acrobatics

Athletics or Healing

Offense is almost entirely about the sword, but otherwise defense-oriented in terms of skills. Wears leather/robes. Can choose to be forgers. Trans forging, for them, results in master lamellar armor with stats similar to splendor robes.

Well, what I meant, not combining skills, but just lowering the number of guilds, to add more people to a smaller number of guilds. It'd help activity a lot.

actually, i'd be happy if they would just bring out the damn aeromancers and pyromancers..

and yeah, that would be interesting, but have the effects hit less often.. and only have non-opposing effects on at one time? mix it up, to confuse your opponent
