What exactly is required of becoming a god?

Last time we made a major announcement before we even started a project was aetherships. It ended up being harder than we imagined to do, and then I (the only programmer working on the project) got sidetracked by a 3 month thing IRE required us to do. So we delivered it several months later than anticipated. That was a very bad idea to announce in advance. Lesson learned.

Oh, I also have another book I've wanted to put out there for a while.

Your positive feedback means a lot! Such support inspires us to do all the better! The opposite is true, of course. I have to admit when people post in a sarcastic, catty, mean spirited, angry, 'tough-love-tell-it-like-it-is' manner to get the admin to look at something, I sometimes just want to throw up my hands and give up. Alas, we are human after all. There's a lesson there somewhere that putting out positive energy reaps positive results, and negative energy returns negative responses. While we try to transcend the negative, there's no denying that the positive impels us to reach to greater heights.

It cannot be! It cannot be!

On other issues!

Yay class and racial rebalancing!

So lets see take Nihilists...

Remove Aeon, add in passive damage/drain, increase affliction rate.. Or... give us glamours would work but with more flavour and mana aims!

*rambles on a few thousand more things*

Now I wanna make a new idea thread.. once I finish this one out. >.>

*twiddle* how about a year waiting to be one, does that count?

Let me think, as Fain would say:

It can certainly take a year, but actually the time spent as ephemeral is largely down to how industrious you are. Have a read of HELP PROMOTIONS.

Whatever you may think about the envoy system, as I look through all the envoy reports we address in a year, I can’t help but give ourselves a pat on the back. Sure, some of you may complain about the speed in addressing or prioritizing the reports, but from my vantage point, we have a pretty darn good record. Kudos for the past and present players who serve or have served as envoys. They do a lot of work, more than some of you may imagine!

I agree. Our fantastic envoys should get a few credits a month to compensate for their hard work. content.gif

Definitly, now to find a way to make myself envoy.... tongue.gif

While we are at it, the Gods should get credits too! tongue.gif (what they can use them for is another question though. Maybe sell them on ebay?)
