For the record, the second wargames, where my team was fighting at full capacity(with me), Fain's shrines were broken and we couldn't get powers.

Feh!

Ildaudid, your repressed ire comes across in just about anything you post. I'm not hiding any aggression. I'm simply saying that the entirety of Celest wasn't walking around with 2-3 TFs for the past games. I saw TFs in this one, from Fain and Morgfyre and shrine powers going. I can't remember all the teams in the last one, but I'm pretty sure they weren't sporting a stack of TFs. I think it's lame. If you don't, that's fine.

Sweetheart, I am sorry to tell you this, but it has nothing to do with repressed ire. Even some of your own people have grown sick of the passive agressive/victim mentality you try and stick with. Trust me, don't think you walk on water. You don't.

You may not remember all the teams in the last one, but to call me misinformed about the Celest members who were sporting 2-3 TF's was the wrong call to make. I fought them. I am telling you I discussed it with Forren on Bellator, and he told me why he had so many but couldn't speak for why his team members had as many. (Which he shouldn't have to.)

I don't agree with stacking a ton of TF's either, but since you so convienently forget about the past, but try to make it seem like this has only happened by Morgfyre and Fain, well you put yourself in a position of being refuted. Which just happened. For you to sit there and roll your little eyes and say I am misinformed just seems to show how far you will go to believe in your own fallacies.

So sweetie pie. Just pipe down about the TF's they happened. There is nothing you can do about them, just like there was nothing we could do about the ones in the past. But try not to have your cake and eat it too often. You're whining about it, yet stating that it could not be possible that Celest had them last time shows me nothing but that you want to try to get it changed for your org. Not once did you state that if Celest had those TF's last time around, that it was not fair then. You simply state that it is lame for the people who have them now.

Go figure.

Silly Ildaudid. It's physically impossible to walk on water! Secondly, do me a favor and quit assuming you know what I do or don't know. I won't try to defend Forren and anyone with a clue knows you have a rather unhealthy grudge against him, so I'll let him comment on whether or not he had three truefavours during the last games. I wouldn't turn a blind eye to something and then complain when it only affects me. I do want things to be fair. I've always complained about truefavours in general. So 'sweetie pie' you could take your own advice. Talk about passive aggression.

I was going to post that this thread is full of fail, but I realized that would have been lying.

This thread long passed the level of "full of fail" about halfway down page 4, and it now positively oozes and overflows with complete and utter failure on both sides of this pestilent argument, like a festering corpse left to rot and bloat in its own filth, emitting a sickly yellow pus of illogic and bias of which merely the miasmic, putrid smell is sufficient to turn all surrounding life to so many rotting carcasses.

I think I just threw up a little.

Mine isn't passive, I have grown to truly not like your attitude. And well, I don't have to. All I have to refrain from doing is telling you what I really think of it, which I can do. I actually get along with Forren, and will probably take him out to some places he doesn't know exist near where he lives next time I am there. We don't see eye to eye on some things, but yes I am sure he will comment about his 2-3 TF's. Try not to change the 2-3 with just 3, like you just did. I am sure he will admit to having them, but only he will remember if it was 2 or if it was 3. And like I said, he will state how he ended up with them. Which was quite a fair way to end up with them. But you need to quit assuming I do not know what I am talking about. Desitrus and I fought him during the event, he stated how many he had which was either 2 or 3 as did Aesyra and whoever else was with him at the time. So sorry hun, I just so happen to know what I am talking about. Like Geb said before I may be wrong 75% of the time, but when I am right.... I am right.

And as Shamarah said, yeah well he is right. I am done posting about it... just didn't feel like letting you try to turn yourself into a victim again.
Unknown2008-01-20 00:28:33
Oh lawd, who saw this argument from a mile away?

*gasp* We didn't WIN?! SHENANIGANS! EVERYONE WAS BEING LAME! I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS!

Everything I've read were things done IC, shrine powers, truefavours. Sounds perfectly okay. (well minus the teaming, but who are we kidding. If Celest of Seren had the numbers to do it, they would have.) Just like using arties, only less expensive.

Nothing that was done was more lame then going to forums to find a team for an IC event.

Malicia2008-01-20 00:29:00
@Ildaudid- Mmm..Yeah... I'm playing a victim role. Wow, I'm impressed. I made one statement and you jump all over me as if I stated or even implied that Fain and Morgfyre were the only Gods to ever do this. I was more annoyed by the use of shrine powers during the event, but keep crying. I swear, I must have a 'please respond to me, Ildaudid!' signature, each time I post.

Edit: And honestly, enough with the forum rp. I could have cared less who won. Narsrim teamed up with a Mag. I wasn't exactly cheering for any of the teams.

See, now, I expect this kind of failure from Celina, but Ildaudid and Malicia, why you do this to me sad.gif

Actually, this thread serves one clear purpose, beyond entertaining me greatly (how sick is that, I know...).

All that talk of the forums as an "acid bath"?

Yeah, looks like Lack of Rants was merely the medium, not the cause. We plugged up the acid spout, and so the pipe bursts! Bring back lack of rants I say! (Which is a largely selfish request, spawned out of wanting things to entertain myself when I'm on a wireless connection that's good enough to surf the intar-webs, but not good enough for anything that requires staying connected for more than two minutes at a time.)

Well I had this novel idea to jump into a post and start writing about how much of a failure it was (no one had done that before, right?) but gosh darn, you beat me to it!
Shamarah2008-01-20 00:41:24
Yes, but in writing about what a failure the thread is, you managed to fail just as horribly as its original participants.

What is happening? A pause in the midst of battle?

NAY, says I.

We must fight 'till the dawn breaks, and then some! The Taint must be vanquished!
Hyrtakos2008-01-20 00:43:24
Enough complaining and arguing... how about instituting a sort of system similar to avenger on prime, where a person on a team has to declare intentions against another team before they can attack. Of course, you could only ever declare one other team at a time, and if you are declared yourself you couldn't declare anybody else.

EDIT: One person declaring would count as the whole team declaring of course, and anyone could initiate it.
Munsia2008-01-20 00:46:54
That'd be abused so quickly

edit: I'd go the debate route with how things are declared.
Malicia2008-01-20 00:47:22
That would be sort of unnecessary, for an arena event.
