Two interesting learning resources I've come across online:
Elfwood's Fantasy Art Resource Project
Roger Elliot's Art School Online

Both tend to deal more in traditional media than software, but just about anything one can do with paper is applicable in computer graphics, too.

Seeing all of these makes me want to draw again. I miss middle & high school =`(

The thing is, I do not have a scanner. I am very much better with pen and paper, these are the first pieces I have done with computer. There is only practice, practice for me now, heh.
