Ooh... the day after my birthday!

That's so awesome. I gotta admit, I'm probably way out of proportion excited for the game to come out. But I'm not snag folks off the streets excited.

The hype about Spore reminds me of when Black & White was being announced as new quality, somewhat revolutionary even. It wasn't after all, and it will probably be the same with Spore.

Just got Creature Creator today. Havin some fun with it. Check out my first creation:Smiledon

I really like it! Smiledon is cool.

I want the creature creator, but I'd much rather save my dinero for the actual game and just borrow my fiance's copy.

Only two more months until Spore comes out!

Can't wait, I hope my laptop will handle it since it seems I'll be losing my desktop afterall.

Just get the limited demo version and screw around with that.

I hope my laptop will handle it too. I hear it requires a little less space than the Sims 2 can. Erm. Maybe I should just put it on my desktop for safe measures. >.>

As for getting the demo version...

... I hate demos.

They said September 7, they even have a countdown on their website (51 days to go! )

I'm dissapointed by the creature creator, Everything is too alien, you can't make anything normal looking. (I wanted to make some centaurs for example and couldn't)

However there is a great quote by W.W...

Edit: On second thought, I have to agree with you. The creator is too limited to create complex creatures like humans and centaurs.

I've seen human-like creatures.

I have the demo, wanna grab the actual one but can't get around to a store that has it for a looong time so just waiting for the actual game (I'll be moved and have a lot more freedom about where I go), but I certainly enjoy making reptile-like creatures.

I guess my idea of "human" is different than yours.
