I think I'll go with some Asus, on P35 too. Solid capacitors, 8-phased power (good for quads oc), ICH9R sb with 6 SATA ports with RAID - all the good things that Gigabyte seems to lack. As far as overclocking goes, most of P35 mainboards perform very well, they're all actually similar much, and Asus has a rich BIOS for that.
