Only things I see with this that should still be addressed:

Geomancer/Aquamancer freebie mounts should not be legendary, everyone else has to pay for legendary so should the mages who get these for no cost (besides some power). Making them like 1 level below legendary would curb the success of the broken limbs. And most people who trample that much can afford a legendary mount and a collar. Or they can wrestle up that one you have to catch.

I don't see how rebounding makes Chade beat the crap out of himself, yet rebounding point staff gives the staff user no damage. It doesn't seem right. Should probably make rebounding work the same way.

Other than that, it was fun to go through and read. And stop assisting the kills on talkan

Forren declared Talkan at one point, to break his shield and most likely gust him away. Nothing unusual.

Dispell isn't agressive. There's plenty of things you can do to break shield as well

The staff never misses and doesn't rebound, but I'm sure there must be a downside, like doing no deepwounds, afflictions, or anything besides lots of damage.

Many people have asked me why I "unparry" and don't actually parry from the logs. When I was making my system, I thought it would be cool for the wound indicator buttons (see: this) to change colors if they're being parried. Unfortunately, there was a bug in cmud that cleared current input text when this was used! So I had to disable the relevant code. Because I l previously acked an unparry alias and I just made one for coloring changes, I decided to just disable the alias, so you'll see when I unparry but not parry (which is masked and uses #SEND, everything gagged).
