Hey, okay. Since most of you are too scared to admit it. I enjoy a lil pokemon from time to time. Especially when you can just download the emulator and play the games on your comp for free....

Now. I know some of you out there like pokemon and I wanna know which ones you guys like... I just started playing Black Chaos and I'm very mad that it starts in pallet town

There's lots of pokefreaks. I think for a while in quotes, people were listing using Lusternians as pokemon (you have caught a level 25 Nejii! ..?)

I'm too lazy to bother to find it, but if you dig around in the forums, you will see it.

I played pokemon diamond on the DS, I like little games like that though, were I get to run around places and challenge people. But right now I am stuck on the new Advanced Wars and the prequel to Assassins Blade comes out on the 4th so I will be playing that one next. But I like those games... they are fun

I've played Pokemon RBY, Crystal, Emerald, and now possess a Pearl.. Used to battle competitively online too, with Netbattle.

Heh, used to play them too, when I was like 10.

Although I did have a Japanese copy of gold for a while (it's not actually significantly harder when you can't read anything, which speaks for the complexity of the game, I suppose.)

Back when Pokemon Blue and Red were all the rage, I managed to catch all 151 - I got Mew from a Nintendo/Toys-R-Us contest. Also played Gold. That was yeeears ago.

Only the truly hardcore caught Missingno.

Heh, the complexity isn't in the storyline gameplay, it's in the hours and hours of breeding to get perfect IVs and hereditary moves and pumping exactly the right amount of EVs, not to mention the thrilling feeling of participating in a real-time battle with an equally/more skilled opponent.

My current copy of Pearl also has a complete national Pokedex.. Which kind of speaks for itself.

Edit2: Or the fact I was the coolest kid in first grade for like a month or so because I could name all the Pokemon in order, list their height, weight, type, sing the whole pokerap, and imitate the voices of various Pokemon (and still can, on those last two)

I like pokemon. It is my favourite game series and what got me truly addicted to gaming. My very first game was pokemon Red, in which I've managed to get all 151 pokemon (152? I did manage to catch missingno too). And while I haven't gotten all the games, I have got quite a few. Let me see...

Think those are all that I own... currently. I'm a PokeDork too though, so I'll probably end up buying the third 4th gen game when that comes out, and then the next gen, and the next and next etc. Not much of a competitive battler though, as the pokemon I like to use tend to have a very low stat total, and thus not be useful in competitive battling. (Plusle/Minun, Pikachu, Unevolved poke)

I do have one thing to be proud of though, and that is that my current score (current as in, I'm still playing the game and haven't lost (rather, I've gained the maximum number of extra balls possible) all the balls yet) in pokemon pinball is over 130k million. Which gives me (I think) the (unofficial) Norwegian Pokemon Pinball Record.

I remember Pokemon Snap - I took a perfect photo of a Mew - 10,000 score.

I've got a Pikachu, which I bought my wife as a sort of joke just because she went nuts every time we saw Pikachu in a store display (and he was freakin' everywhere back then). I also have roughly 18,000 Magic: the Gathering cards. Anyone want to buy 'em?

I remember seeing mew coded into the original pokeman red with my friend. We caught missingno, and at the end of the game, when you're looking at the hall of fame index (or something like that I forget) mew was one of the pokemon. We freaked out. AHHH MEMORIES.

All I know is they both scared me.

I noticed that noone mentioned black chaos. Is it known as something else?

Chaos Black is a fake game. It's just a hack--so, it's "real", but not official or legit. Mostly just a bunch of mods.
