Send cookies over from Finland? Dear, they'd be ex-cookies when they'd finally reach Canada.

No worries, randomly on the way to Law class my Families and Individuals teacher walks up and says 'Okay Gemma, it's one last cookie. I saved it for you.'

I was so happy. dazed.gif

One of the only things we have going for us here in the 'Wack is our mild winters. We rarely get more than an inch of snow at a time, and our storms are few and far between. Of course, we just get it all in rain instead.

(And the name's not that funny!)

teehee... "the Wack"

So, who thinks they have the warmest weather right now? suspicious.gif Just might make it tempting to visit, because this is what was outside my house as of 20-30 minutes ago.

I miss the snow... the transition from winter to spring is always so bland and hideous sleep.gif

It's supposed to be 13 celsius in Toronto later this week ok.gif
Sarrasri2008-03-31 21:10:51
I don't miss snow. Weather has been weird here. We've had sun, rain, hail, snow, wind, cold temperatures, and lovely temperatures in the span of two-three days. Just today we've had sun, hail, snow, and cold.
Unknown2008-03-31 23:33:15
Yeah, even though it's wet and gross right now I'm glad it stopped snowing over here.
Unknown2008-04-01 01:26:33
Yea, which Canadian in their right mind -misses- snow?!

I despise it a little more with each passing year.

I don't know...

Where I grew up, we used to get a LOT of snow. I loved it. Honestly, I'd take a metre of snow over the slush/mud/dirty-winter's-worth-of-cigarette-butts-where-a-snowbank-used-to-be mess that is Toronto right now.

Maybe I'm the only one. err.gif
Lyora2008-04-01 02:26:43
dry.gif Sarrasri, you are so lucky...there were times when I had snow piles twice my height, and there are still some decent piles around...but at least I can see some grass..and mud. I'm just glad the university campus isn't paved with ice anymore.

And -I- miss the snow when it becomes unbearably hot in the summer...sad.gif...I find it much easier to get warm in the winter than it is to get cool in the summer..maybe that's just me...

I hate Canadian weather...the only time it's decent is during fall..which is so short grrr.gif

Now, why would you go and do a silly thing like that? nyah.gif
Prisch2008-04-11 21:53:51
I'm originally from there, just came to Ontario a couple years ago and I hated it there.
Also the fact that I was in Etobicoke and really far away from the city so..not fun.
