Probably easy to do, but not important enough.
Anyways, I'll suggest it anyways. It'd be nice if you can get flowers and crush them into petals. This can be used for alchemists to make perfumes that I see other IRE muds have, or ingredients or artisans can make pot pouri or something.
OR you can scatter petals just for people to walk on.

How many times has this thread been made? Not that it's a bad idea, but I know I've seen at least two threads about perfume at some point

I'm actually more interested in to crushing it up and scatter it on the floor. Because it would look purty

I approve of this idea heartily. At least for the flower crushing and giving petals, it sounds simple enough to do? Implementing stuff that put it to use could be put off, at any rate. Being able to throw flower petals at folks would be fun.

I'm in favor of this just to make use of overabundance of flowers.

I like the idea of potpourri and perfumes. They could be like nicer, prettier ways to mask a scent than spraying skunk stink around!

OMG love your freaky avatar
And about scattered petals - wedding, anyone?
Shurimaru2008-03-03 19:14:18
Yes! I like the scattered petals idea more than the perfumes, but all three are decent at the very least.

I bet someone has brought this up already, but where would perfumes fit in in regards to design? There aren't cartels for alchemy, maybe they could be put in cooking or artisan? It does make sense though for alchemists to have a part in it, maybe just like with the way magic ink is now.
