Yes, because he was paralyzed the entire time. It did a wonderful job of stopping him from rubbing Soulless, etc. There were also a ton of proning attacks occurring... Thoros didn't just hit his head & arms (with a bit of chest due to hackdown).

Yes... the fact that he's parrying his arm instead has nothing to do with it.

I parried head. But, I was prone whenever he went for it.
From 7 hits to the head I had 5028 wounds, in roughly 26 seconds, I just couldn't keep up. Pretty brutal, but a kill is a kill. Gotta hand it to him on his first talkan kill. Nicely done.

I'm not really seeing parry at all in the log, except for (the combo right before the kill):

All of the hits that paralyzed were to head-- shouldn't have been prone before them, especially as you were fighting throughout. Perhaps he just got really lucky, though. (He also did make you unwield your symbol early on, not sure if you wielded it again, but it doesn't show up in the log)

The fight was a good...20-30 seconds. Health applications are 4 seconds, but I only saw him apply twice. With an extra 3 health applications to the head plus those initial two, Talkan shouldn't have died.

Suprised he didnt try to delay delay delay with invests more so. Spam hinders when he got in trouble.. or the ever popular starleaper/hermit/healer. Healer only works as a save if you didnt apply because of low health though. Needed to get outta the room.
