I like the collective monument that is split better myself as well. Yep yep, I agree. As it is now, all the VAs from a particular organization would really not have a choice as to which Order they could be in, if they wanted to benefit from the cult system...and that doesn't seem great for RP diversity either!
As for how to objectively measure RP, yes, that's the problem. If a good solution can be brainstormed for that, then this thread will have been of great use...

Well, you have a choice: Skip to the current active Order. You're kind of encouraged to ditch your Divine, which is a bit... sad-making.
And I do agree: A Vernal should be for the Organization, not just for a single Order (which may not even be of the organization).
