I was inclined to make Him a bit androgyn - but yes, He is basically a pretty boy.

Well, how I see him - he spreads shadows in His wake. There is only little, dim light, and the whole athmosphere is supposed to be this oppressive, smokey Night. But in a pretty, gentle way

I have always had a thing for soot and ash.

It doesn't look like soot or ash to me. It just looks like clouds at the darker end of twilight.

Did you use charcoal and chalk for this or was it done via some sort of computer art program?

Silent doesn't necessarily mean "totally mute and will never talk at all". Now if it was "Nocht the Mute" I think we could complain, but even those who are silent and seldom talk may talk for unknown reasons.
