Quite a few people are saying that the Bard Hero class is just an April Fool's Joke. I, for one, would like to believe its real. Yay for bards.

You don't need a guitar to play bard hero class.

You can just use macros on your keyboard as shown in the screenshot!

In the Anne McCaffrey Dragons of Pern collection, there's a novel that focuses on a girl who becomes basically a bard. She plays a guitar.

The guitar is just an evolution of the lute. Plus, guitars is hella cool. They should have pet roadie who carries an amp around and be able to combine their powers to make a forcefield of pure soundwaves and have attacks that make you bleed from the ears.
