Well, equivalent number of credits for dingbats would probably make the most sense. Could go a bit over that, but probably not all the way to 100.
Any takers?

True... if one has fesix pack or purse already, it is unlikely that dingbat container would be of any interest for them.
However, if you're buying credits for arties, or lessons anyway, getting a "free" arti is pretty neat. I would seriously spend a bit more than I had planned for that... But in this case, that's a hefty "a bit more" heh

I would love the candy thing, but I don't see anyone having 300 dingbats laying around unused.

The containers are really cool. I'm surprised they aren't more popular, but everyone seems to be doll crazy!
I might have gotten one if there was one that was more Lendren. Not that I have any idea what that would be, but I would have known it if I'd seen it!
Though I wish there was somewhere something that would stop decay entirely even if only for, say, 10 items. Just to stop the "please use your shop stockroom as my personal closet!" thing which makes shopkeeping so much more difficult.

Estarra says dingbats are considered equivalent to credits, and that's what they used to gauge the prices for the special items being sold this month. I could see the exchange rate getting a little higher than 1:1, but 3:1? Nope. Sorry.

I don't know-- I can easily see some people paying 100cr for a doll if they want one that badly and can't pay the OOC money. While there are other ways to make credits, there are no other ways to make dingbats.
Daganev2008-04-04 16:27:04
Kaervas allready offered 3:1
Unknown2008-04-04 18:18:27
Yes, this I know. I'm really just saying that I disagree with the exchange rates being offered. I could see someone paying more than 15 credits for a doll or more than 5 credits for the tonic, but definitely not a lot of credits for the ones going for 100 dingbats or more. I guess you guys just have more need of the items than me and more credits to throw around, too.
I'd pay 25 credits for one of those finger thingers, but my buyer was unable to purchase a gift item from Jeremiah because of a bug.

Well, I definitly would not pay 900 credits for the pound of flesh or whatever. It really just depends what the item is.
However, since it will cost me 1000 credits to get the hat, and I have no need for 1000 credits, it seems fair to me to pay 300 credits to someone to forgo thier gift this promotion period.

Really?
With manse shops at 1000cr, whose storerooms prevent decay.. I don't see why anyone would ever buy a purse or a container.

I love my parafilament thingy. I use it to keep my vials alive a lot longer, while always having them on me. Same with scrolls (though mine have all decayed now).
The container, on the other hand, isn't worth the purchase of 2000 credits for me. If it was purchasable for credits, and I hadn't already bought a purse, I'd probably love it though.
(Manse shop is great for saving enchanted stuff that's about to decay, though!)

In that case, why even waste 1000cr for a manse shop? I have three shops, getting a fourth one (hopefully) and I still want that container. Why? Well, because I can and it's nice I guess. It's like a free arti and from that list, I see nothing else I want to be honest. Since I'm buying those credits anyway (ok, granted, not so much so fast) I might as well get it and use them for something else, instead of buying credits just to get a purse. Besides, the containers can be locked so no one can open it. Means I can run around with millions to play with the credit market without having to worry that someone could get them.
