I was thinking (I know, it's amazing) about manses. I'm not sure if this has been addressed before but here's my idea:

Manses are often shared things. For example, married couples often share their manse.

The manse is deeded to the person that bought the fulcrux. He or she has the ultimate power with their manse.

However, perhaps if they have a spouse or a close friend, that they trust completely, they can imbue power or permissions to the manse to these people.

So for example Bob bought a manse called Bobland.

Bob has ultimate power to Bobland. However he has met Jane. He marries Jane and shares Bobland.

Because Bob is not always around (working man that he is) Jane is often left to decorate and extend and allow their growing family to enter into the manse. But she can't do that without Bob. So now Bob has to be corresponded every step.

In my system Bob would be able to allow Jane to change titles and descriptions of rooms, add extras (e.g. upgrades, furniture) to their rooms and to add permissions to doors and fulcrux.

I'd like this. I have a manse that is in my IC wife's name because she guilted me into it. I'd sure like to add and remove fulcrux perms from it and add in artifacts and things without having to ask her to give it back to me.
