Oh I dunno. The branding chokes her from time to time leaving her gasping for breath. The "bracelet" is a lovely network of vines that appear to be feeding off her in order to blossom and from time to time contract and dig in to her:

Why just Serenwilde and not Glom?

Because Glom hates itself better than you can! So you get there, and you find Glom, and Glom is sitting in the corner jabbing a pen in its arm, and you're just like... "oh... sorry, I'll go."

Yet you forget one very important fact.

Seren and Celest arent allies. Nor will they ever be. They have similar interests, so they assist each other. That's the extent of it. Most of Seren wants Celest to burn to the ground. It's called diplomacy.

I am just hearing that Celest wants to war with Seren but not Glom. I was confused.

The stance my character took on that was that if Raziela wasn't stopped from being able to convert fae, all it would take is a few people in Celest to decide that the fae really do need to go to Celest and start sneaking them away.

So, if Raziela can't twist fae at all, that is a good thing.

Actually, I'm pretty sure very few people give a hoot about Raziela herself outside of her ability to destroy Fae. So, if something happened and she got swallowed up and never came back, Serenwilde wouldn't blink an eye outside of mentioning how much better off the Fae are. And the treaty has never been wholly popular in Serenwilde. While most adhere to it because they believe in following the rules of the Moonhart Circle, most don't care if it goes or not.
