It's kind of silly to expect Mag or Seren Divine to take on such a perspective. In Seren's case, that kind of kills off forest versus forest conflict, which is already pretty lite compared to the cities. And in Magnagora's case, irrespective of belief it is more to the benefit of their followers to try to manipulate alliances like that (and what red-blooded Magnagoran Divine could possibly resist an opportunity to manipulate?).
