Seriously, this does not fit any notion of what the Supernals stand for. Never has there been any hint of anything besides Unity from the Supernals. I don't know how this was allowed or tolerated and certainly leaves us as Celestines at an impass.

I don't know how this was allowed or tolerated and certainly leaves us as Celestines at an impass.... We can not simply disregard these statements, yet should we act accordingly, we would lose almost complete faith and trust in the Supernals as characters.... So, please, in the future think of how the characters who must follow these NPCs must react from their actions. I really don't know how to move forward from this point from a roleplay perspective.

Would make more sense too, because there is a Magnagoran who actually steals fae, and there wasn't a celestian (that i knew of) that did.

I don't know. When you look hard enough, you realize that the Supernals really aren't all THAT benevolent.
I mean, they aren't true gods or anything. It shows they are a little flawed, they aren't perfect.
This, in my opinion makes the Supernals less...Superficial, and adds more realism to Celest.

Except being a half formed, the source of their imperfection, means they can only understand and act in a certain way. I would have to agree it's a little "bleh" to see the supernals ever dispair, considering all the light's teachings and the fact they are not developed enough to 'understand' the Light is not always the right way to go. Although that's my understanding of it, and it's really a minor error...
