As above post by Estarra suggests, we should think of distinctive abilities/traits races should have! Like, emotes, small RP skills, all that. So, suggest away!

A few suggestions I thought of:
Perhaps Viscanti could gain, at those levels, random abilities from other races? Seeing as they are, in fact, just an amalgamation of them.

Undead Orclach have their cutting/blunt resistances and fire weakness increased by 1 level.

I'd say give Trill a wingsmack ability for level 25, all it would do is a little damage. Not some horrible amount, just some little bit if anything.

Dwarves, having lower centers of gravity and being stocky could have a racial skill that makes proning/knockdown them a little bit more difficult than say a tall Trill.
Faeling/Furrikin being small and higher in dex, may have a small chance of avoiding trample like tactics on being knockdown/prone... Since they are so tiny, the trampling animal may only hit 1-2 of the body parts instead of all 4.
Tae'dae/Lobo when "defending" have an increase in str (like how taurians get) - Something that would show the "bear/wolf" like instinct shine through, how they defend their young??
Loboshigaru can form "packs" granting them "something" for hunting in a group of lobos (like wolves).

Meh..5% isn't really gamebreaking, thats bumchange. I was going to say +1 charisma, but that is a little much.

Sorry, as I've only played a Trill I can only offer suggestions on them:

Level 50: TAKEOFF : Mustering your speed and energy, you are able to flap your wings hard in a direction and escape. *Essentially, a flying form of tumble that puts you in the next room in the air. Slightly longer balance time than tumble to compensate for the fact that you'll be at a different elevation. Can't be done if prone, have two broken legs, or are off-balance (or equi?).*.
Level 75: LAND: Folding your wings behind you and dropping at an accelerated rate, you are able to land directly on a person, causing them harm and possibly knocking them off-balance, or even prone. *Not sure how much damage it should do. Perhaps 30% chance of knocking them off-balance, 10% prone? Will cost balance*.

I was about to suggest something like this too!
Some other ideas:
- Ability to 'cast' gust, using your wings. Would only be room-wide effect... maybe at higher level it could be targeted.
- Faster recovering time from take-off to flying (I'm inclined to suggest this as a racial advantage rather than racial ability)
- Able to move through rooms in the air at a faster rate before getting 'Don't be so hasty' (Again, perhaps a racial advantage?)

Though I do like Tekora's 'Currents' ability as an alternative. Evasion never really came to my mind though... perhaps because I already have dodge in acrobatics =/
Edit: Well, give Evasion a high enough percentage and also able to dodge those demesne effects and it would be pretty nice
