Five arch types is quite enough already if you ask me. I would go with something that we already have a good amount of history which I think I don't even have to mention what it is. Also on a side note Ive seen lots of threads on complaints about how mag/celest raiding is stale and getting old , not to mention some of the battles being one sided. If new orgs where released it's safe to say it would lower the population thus lowering combat potential for the specific sides. In fact this is going to create more political situations to the new organizations where treaties are going to be made to stave off the violence.

Where do you get 7? Guardian, demesne user, warrior, bard, monk. That's five

Druid, Mage, Guardian, Wiccan, Warrior, Monk, Bard.

Demense user is two archetypes: mage and druid. While they both rely on Demenses, they are both distinctly different. That and you completely left out the poor Wiccans

They're similar enough to be counted as the same for practical purposes, and there are only half the number of guilds of each anyway.
