Oh, welcome to the guild and don't worry at all. First off you will become a better speller and a faster typer by playing. Second, I belive everyone who holds a title in the guild has the title as a prefix. So that is nothing to worry about. You get used to it too, after doing it and talking to people it just becomes second nature. Also don't worry about Urthexams, contact Othero in game and I can help you with any of those things.
Remember, people realize your new and are not going to get bent out of shape because you don't understand the RP. And it is just the RP. the Nihilists may all be freaks in game but we are all people outside of the game. You have nothing to worry about.

Yeah, nobody really cares all that much about the titles unless you're being annoying to begin with. It's just a game, so don't worry too much about it!

You will definitly become a faster typer. I have. I'm still not so good with spelling, mainly because I now type so fast but people are pretty cool and don't bash me over the head when I do typos. We understand.

Psh. Not all Celestians are gonna kill you on sight. ... some do though. But I doubt that even the worst of the worst will attack a novice who has never set a foot in battle, offensive or defensive.
Regarding Lich, that's an ability that lies in Transcendant Necromancy, but that can also be gained by a "Construct" (Magical altar thingies found in the city Nexus World). Basically, it allows you to die once without losing anything and instead turn into a Lich a few seconds (I heard rumours of 20?) after your death. Some thinks that's unfair and will do their best to make you pay experience cost upon death somehow, some don't care. But as I said, none of that should even matter since you're a novice and we're generally kind to novices.
And as has been said before, they were all in your situation before and they are all decent human beings playing a game they enjoy. So you shouldn't be too scared.

I'm fairly new myself. Four things made my life a lot easier to begin with.
CHELP INDEX
CGHELP INDEX
GHELP INDEX
And the maps on the Lusternia site (especially Caffrey's massive map of the realm). Using that, in conjunction with the MAP command makes it a lot easier to navigate around places.
Then, if you need clarification on certain points in the tons of help folders, just ask anyone, in any of your organization channels, and you'll probably get an answer quick sharp.
