I wouldn't compare a bunch of centaurs to merian!
A bunch of Centaurs?? That herd is directly related to the herd in the Serenwilde through Nintoba. When it was under attack Chuchip, a great warrior of the Seren led the defense and protected the valley. The Serenguard was founded on the principles of the Centaur, we are intimately entwined (well, maybe not intimately, that's just awkward and dangerous...). I demand protection! Wait...

I would be open to gorgogs and merians going back to how they were. I assume they enemy for slaying one, and the teaming is kind of irksome. It was just made alot less bashable.
I know Celest wants to be able to defend Merian but this will only cause problems for people as gorgogs become griefing territory.

How did I know you'd be the one to conveniently leave out Shallach?
@Malicia: Rawr, we're going to start enemying people over it.

Because Shallach was unrelated? We dont like enemy to moors or something when you attack Shallach, that is a prime bashing area without any real defenders... like gorgogs are!
Ur'Dead are closer to merian in defense.. gorgogs shouldnt be territory at all.

Celest doesn't hunt un-tainted sentients anyways.

That which you call ur'dead is Shallach.

Malicia was talking about the centaurs, which I was talking about.
You asked for gorgogs AND merians to revert to how they are. Read your own posts.
Xavius2008-04-25 22:50:24
Even if accidental, he does kinda have a point with the orc thing. Magnagora cares about the knights, no one cares about the orcs, and there's no enemy status for orcs. Celest cares about the merian, no one cares about the gorgogs, but gorgogs enemy for what's bound to become loljumpdu paradise for the people who can barely fight out to kill people who can't fight.
Acrune2008-04-25 22:51:40
Then put gorgogs back to the way they were, leave merians as they are now, everyone wins.

But then people will start to hunt them again.
But yes, that is what should happen.

Really? Tell that to the legions and legions of krokani and aslarans that have died to Celest players.
Acrune2008-04-26 01:22:26
Krokani are allowed to be killed, I think they help the taint or something. Aslaran are banned, so we shouldn't be killing those though.
Rika2008-04-26 01:33:38
Krokani are trying to help raise undead. Therefore, they can die.

Undead != Taint. The ghosts in Paavik/Shanthmark are undead, and they aren't tainted.

There are ghosts in Shanthmark? I haven't been paying attention...
As for the ghosts, they are considered "dead", not "undead". Hence why it is okay for Serenwilde to perform the Paavik quest, as we aren't dealing with undead.
Shiri2008-04-26 02:36:04
They're definitely undead, not dead. The quest is putting them to rest, so it's fine for us to do it anyway.

Then how is Chuchip or the Spirit Warriors in Hifarae different from the ghosts? We lovies the Chuchip, and the Spirit Warriors are called forth, not put to rest.
