Yeah, he sure is. He's managed to capture a look of malevolent cunning in the eyes, which is "scary". Though no, I don't find him particularily scary. This person is about five times as feminine and twenty times as scary though. 
I'm glad you think I was able to do the eyes well, I always find them to be the most difficult part. *sagenod* And yeah, that chick is scary...makes me think of Sybl...
And Gwynevere, it says in the title that it's a work in progress.
That's why half of it isn't shaded and the background is that lime green color.
