Are you the local lusternian village idiot?
Dwarves with 10dex if you read any of the prior posts, do nothing for specialized wounding. This means if a dwarf AL has your arm at 40,000 wounds.... he is still going to have a huge hell of a time getting an amputate. You will probably be able to cure your arm before he gets the "die roll" to amputate.
10 Dex for a spec'd dwarf means getting the afflictions from wounding is rare. But the boost to the other low dex warrior spec races are nice. I just dont see why they didn't bump it up on dwarves... it would only effect warrior dwarves so its not like the dwarf druids would end up with higher dex.
I am quite disappointed in that. Honestly.

Ouch, personal attack. And yeah, that's what I think of dwarves, no matter how much you try to downplay them . And btw, nobody has done any real tests about how dexterity (as far as I am aware, feel free to correct me) affects the chances to get specialized wounds, I for one, don't think that it has as much impact as you are saying. And even if it had, unless they dropped some of your advantages, adding +2 dex seems unbalancing.

Yes, I did. Yes, Geb did. Yes, it's as bad as we say. Yes, even trying to get a light (knockdown) wound with heavy (+bonus for having more wounding than required) still gave me a 10-20% proc rate. I don't know if you understand how bad it is to have heavy wounds and no knockdown on 1/5 swings but, yeah. Terrible. The actual request three pages or so ago was not for +dex, but for the weapon spec to give increased chance to proc wounds equal to that of having 14-15 dex, so that the race has the stancing/parry downside of low dex and is not penalized for using their racial accuracy.

Hmmm I didn't see those (the specializations) coming. Think I'll be sticking with trill still.
And um... Cantor minor second is the same as all other bards. Unless you're talking about the 30 second charge up for a + around extra 200 fire damage O_o

At last, bard specs! Now, speaking from the Master Viscanti perspective, this still isn't as good as being an illithoid, which is a little disappointing. The 9 dexterity just doesn't compare to the 18 Illithoid have. Master Viscanti have one more intelligence, which doesn't really make that much of a difference either. The difference is charisma is a little better, but Master Viscanti are still on the low end. I guess most of the problems come from just tacking on bards to the mage spec, much like they are with humans. In my opinion it could still use some tweaks.
This may all just be personal preference though, so other feedback is welcome! Thanks to the administration for finally doing this.

Yes, but they are also the only ones with a base 18 int. A viscanti can get 18 at night time with lich and a karma blessing. Cantors can get what, 20? 22 as a Demi. Oh lawd.

Dwarf need +2 more dex. Poor Axelords.
"GLOBAL: Warrior (only) native weapons give greater increase in precision."
So native weapons now do more wounding if you are the native race? I.e an igasho will give more wounds with blademaster weapons?

I've tested it, its not overpowered, you still have to plan your attacks and stuff, and it still outhealed by someoone with robes on. (i.e. I wasn't able to kill them with just swinging my flails around, though you would think with 215 damage and 19 str it would kill em )
