So I was going to be going for Sannin today, but the requirements were changed so I only need 2 mil ranking... but in any case I figure it's worth going for top three anyway, so I could really use all the stamina I can get. If you now get 5 stamina per hour, and there are 24 hours, but you can only get 60 at once, then does that mean that if you keep on top of these bonus things, you can get 120 stamina? (24 hours * 5 stamina)

Yeah, it's about necessary for a sannin run. Honestly, it's not that hard to do.
Note rush (Trade level 2 and bingo someone with the note)

Then throw in either 3 silver elixirs and a potion base or 1 super potion and a potion base.

It's only 1 million for S1. No matter which season you're in, it's way less than it would have taken before.
It was pretty obvious that this change was going to come sooner or later as the game got bigger anyhow. I'm sad to see it as I thought it was awesome, but it's obvious that it was going to have to change somehow if Billy was to continue to grow or it would just be too hard to get Sannin.
I wouldn't be surprised if the global friend points competition thing goes away too eventually for a similar reason.

It's 2 mil if you are season 2+, but only 1 mil if you are in your first season.
