Opinion time: Besides Awesome Pants, I don't really see any reason to complete Monochrome currently. I'm thinking that getting to the end of Wasteland and getting the eye of the storm stuff will be more useful this "early" on. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I'm thinkin' about this: I'll get Anonymous and his Obsessive Insight, and Mister Tea to help with the Sannin run, then work on getting the uber items for the wasteland missions.

I'm shooting for both this season. I'm about 2/3 of the way through monochrome (got Strawberry 2, Hotsumoto, and one of two needed Dark Waters today, yay) and the loop mission hasn't even opened up for me.

I also got a full moon waxing and today is my first day even having a moon

My alt, Tsuburu, is prepping for a Sannin run... hopefully that'll go over before Hiro Gama goes kablooey. I'm looking to add some sparring partners, because somehow that's... good for Sannin. >_> I dunno.

My current strategy for Sannin is Diet ramen, 4x Silver Elixir, I've got a Late-Night Snack (hooray for beating on Kaiju,) A-ranks and then blowing a truly ridiculous amount of gold in the Party House. If anyone has any recommendations for what I can do, that'd be awesome... hopefully that'll be enough for the 1 mil. I have NO FRIGGING IDEA how I'm hitting 2 mil next Season. Seriously.

And use Teriyaki, not Diet. You should be getting more than 100k with the +100 stamina (and if you aren't, you're doing it wrong). And make sure to hang out with Anonymous and spam Obsessive Insight on every mission. You should get 1 mil easily if you use all the bonuses available, or even just all the easy bonuses available and OI.

Well, I have all the Monochrome allies except Vanilla now (and I will have him as soon as I get one more Dark Water) and The Pants is unlocked but I still need a monster drop and Doughman to complete it.

Hm, for Sannin, it's now just 1m exp instead ofa top position? How exactly do you do that? I can only get up to like 500k as jonin with +100 jutsu, +100 ramen, etc. I have quite a few of the jutsu xp bonuses, but no allies for it, using ultimate showdown atm.

Well... do you have arena favourite? Ally bonuses would help. 3 silver elixirs is another 300k. Save up a bunch of money for partying in the party house. It's still something you have to prepare for to try in one day. Everybody's suggested even more stuff before this.

Also, Arena Favorite isn't going to help because it applies to the rankings at the end of the day and you need 1m ranking xp on the day that you do it.

Same with Jonin Ascension Season 2+ so keep that in mind!
