No, just not taking the time to read your omnibus.
By the way, when I said stop complaining I ment it.
So take my suggestion.
Yes, there is a bit of lag recently. It isn't gamebreaking.

If you can't read three paragraphs, Lusternia must be awfully tough... ah well. It's still agreeing with the suggestion, so: I'm glad the credit bit is no longer an issue.
By the way, if you don't like complaining, do feel free to take your own advice and stop complaining. Further, the spikes, at certain times, can easily be "game-breaking" (when they happen during group conflict, for example).

Ad hominem arguement, attacking the person instead of the subject.
I have not complained once, all I see is moaning about lag and someone clinging desperately to retorts. You shouldn't get so riled up about a sentence.

There is a part of me that wants to stab, however there is another part that is heavily suggesting that people post their clients and perhaps if some of the more commonly lagged clients are free then these people should see if they experience lag on them...

Oh, oh, I seem to remember this! You make a comment to the person, telling them to do something, and when they tell you to do the same thing it's somehow attacking you. Completely ignoring the fact that you are the one who had to go for it first. And, yes, you have indeed been complaining. Most recently about others daring to even bring up an issue with lag.

I'm glad you do, because you are very good at trying to get a reaction out of people by insulting them.
Asking Gregori if he would like a reward in a blandly sarcastic manner,
and you insinuating I'm incapable of reading and illiterate is completely different.
Stop complaining is remotely offensive, and not whiney.

Lag can result from several things. Here are some questions that can help figure out what:
1) Does it happen at regular intervals?
2) Is it an extended period of no response or just a general slow-down?
3) If a period or no response, when it returns, does it seem like the game output rushes through as though the game was still going? (Example, it lags, and then you see 4 NPC strikes instantly.) I think I read here that this is the case.
4) Does it happen to everyone at the same time, or can one person lag while another doesn't? And if the latter, does the ohter person ever lag at a different time?

1) Occasionally. I have been playing nonstop for the past 4 days and overall it comes and goes. At times its crystal clear then others it can be sluggish.
2) General slowdown as well it seems, ever so rarely I get no response.
3)Yes.
4)Same time.

Insulting you? I don't believe I've said anything that was not brought up by you in your own posts. Further, you are the one who said you couldn't be bothered to read three (very little) paragraphs, not me-- I simply made a comment of disbelief. If you don't want people to reply to your posts... well, there IS an easy way to avoid that. Further, I did not even reply until you 1) Tried to dismiss the initial concern by saying, "Buy credits," and 2) Dismiss the rebuttal with a "That doesn't matter".
As to the topic at hand:
1) Does it happen at regular intervals?
- Depends on the time. During the last event, it was coming at very regular intervals.
2) Is it an extended period of no response or just a general slow-down?
- The former. Spikes of no response.
3) If a period or no response, when it returns, does it seem like the game output rushes through as though the game was still going? (Example, it lags, and then you see 4 NPC strikes instantly.) I think I read here that this is the case.
- Generally, the attacks themselves stop... but the mob debating does not. A mob can debate 3-4 times immediately after the server responds, while everything else "halts".
4) Does it happen to everyone at the same time, or can one person lag while another doesn't? And if the latter, does the ohter person ever lag at a different time?
- It's usually getting all of us at the same time (after spikes, we go "Uh, anybody else get that?" in order to determine whether it's just us, or the game.

Around 5-10 seconds I would say, most of the time the flow is fine
3) If a period or no response, when it returns, does it seem like the game output rushes through as though the game was still going? (Example, it lags, and then you see 4 NPC strikes instantly.) I think I read here that this is the case.
My forms pause along with the world, so when time resumes there is no catch up period
4) Does it happen to everyone at the same time, or can one person lag while another doesn't? And if the latter, does the ohter person ever lag at a different time?
I confirm with hunting buddies that it is both of us, other than PvE we are doing different things (different attacks etc)

Every time you quoted me it was taken out of context. But anyways, I believe the admin will take care of the issue if its causing problems with the game regardless of the fact that people are buying credits.
As if that were ever a doubt.

I believe I've actually quoted you in context throughout, it's just that your message has changed. But, as you've just agreed with my overall, and initial, point (that it's not the purchase of credits that matters in whether or not an issue gets fixed right away, something that your first post was most definitely not saying), I'm done. Thank you.

Credits contribute to IRE financially, which allows them to improve the quality of their work and grow as a business. Which includes coding and tech. Which involves lag in some instances.
There you go.

Really? I figured they'd just leave it. I can see where Prisch is annoyed by lag though, it must be hell to lag in the middle of an epic conversation at Moonhart tree.
Oddly enough, when there's a half-decent battle going on I don't notice any lag at all, when I'm bashing or influencing the game some times just...stops for a few seconds then returns to normal.

Eh? I already said I was done, as Prisch has agreed with my basic premise. Just let Prisch get the last word, and it should be over.

I lol'd.
Went no response in Domoth fight while ago, everyone did.
So its not like while I was lagged everyone else had an advantage.

What I've been seeing lately is 5-10 second spikes of no activity at all, which hit everything at the same time -- thankfully, since the denizens are lagging while I am, so it's not deadly (though it can screw up the timing of healing systems). It doesn't seem to be on a regular interval -- it's certainly not the lag spike you see at midnight (especially on the 1st and 13th) or at the turn of the RL hour, for instance. It's reminiscent of the old "Aesyra is reading her messages" lag spike, but no way for us mere mortals to know what's setting it off! One is only likely to notice it if doing something like bashing, fighting, etc. at the time, though.

One time the Achaean (don't kill me!) community all reduced their message inbox since it supposedly took up a hefty amount of space. Maybe those with +100 decay messages could clear up a little?
