Personally, I've always enjoyed coming up with my own pronounciations for esoteric fantasy names. When authors put a guide for how to pronounce their characters' names in the front of the book I usually skip that over. It's quite amusing in that when I talk to someone who also plays Lusternia over the phone we perpetually have different ways of pronouncing the same names.
