She's not pissed off, she's just old and grumpy and I was trying to get her to sit still so I could take a picture.

Why do all the cats in this thread look mildly pee'ed off?
That's the default cat expression.

Well at least Saaga's and my kitties didn't look ticked off. I think I need a dog. My cat is too lazy. She's not even a real cat. She's like half bunny for sure.

While this particular creature is no longer under my family's care, he was just too priceless an animal to pass up sharing.
Lusternia, meet the dog my family lovingly dubbed Creepy Steve. Aah, Steve, you and your crazy tusks. He was the neighborhood stray 'til we took him in. That in itself was kind of an accident - once my sister was convinced he was -adorable,- there was no talking her out of keeping him. The first picture was taken during Halloween. Steve liked to dress up, it only seemed to follow that he be a faerie princess. Apologies for the poor quality, camera phone!
Also, my duck. He's quite a bit bigger now, and I hadn't seen any ducks in the thread yet!
I'd get a picture of the chinchilla, but he's camera-shy.

Someone once mentioned he looked a bit like a pomeranian (sp?), but I'm honestly not sure.

I like the duck.
Sweetest duck ever, but with a rather unfortunate name: 'Tur-duck-en.' At least 'a l'Orange' didn't stick.
Kharaen2008-06-01 12:26:43
Yeah, the dog looks like a pomeranian mix. His tusks are awesome, though make sure a vet says that they're okay to have (they may cause problems with his eating habbits?)
The duck is also very awesome.

vorld2008-06-01 17:51:00

I hope somebody is making lolcats out of these.
I think Dy's and Fania's pics would work especially well.

NO MAKING MY CAT INTO AN LOLCAT! I just wont have it.
Myndaen2008-06-23 07:13:32
How is raising a duck? Is it hard? Does he/she go away to the wild?

A very good pet to have is a goose. The trick is to get them while they are newly hatched, and then spend a lot of time with them. Mine considered me it's mom and no matter where I went or where I took him, he followed me around faithfully without fail. He considered my daughter his sibling and when we went to the park and I sat down, he was chase her all over the place, it was very cute. they would snuggle and watch tv at home. They make goose and duck diapers so that you can have them indoors, otherwise, they make messies every 5 minutes quite literally, they produce alot of poo.
I had a toulouse goose, they are VERY good as pets
Right now I just have my suggies, I usually have alot more pets, but I had a really rough last two years and I lost or had to rehome all of my pets
I feel so empty without my babies.
Anyways, these are my sugargliders Dexter and Wallie. If you click the pic you'll get the slideshow
