All of my names are based off of ciphers I produce in my spare time, and languages that I produce as a hobby.

Kialkarkea is intended to be reminiscent of fire when pronounced properly, but I botched it.

Kaylee's from the best show ever made; Firefly. Orabel was spose to be Orabelle which was one of the names I liked from a list of water nymphs ^.^

The two characters with actual origins for their names (Camerick was to have some slight Celtic flavor, Selverad was a whim) are my non-outed alts.

One is named for a Frank Peretti character.
The other is named for a James Bond villain.

I took the name from one of my party members in FFTA.

Iytha is a cross between Ithaca, where Odysseus lived, and ichthyic, which is the classification of fishes.

Well lets see. Eve is my daughter's middle name. And when making Evette the show the Oblongs was playing, it was the one where Milo falls in love with on of the Ashleys and it turns out she is an alien named Evette.
Bearing both in mind.. Evette was born into lusternia

Orti comes from Ortiz, which happen to be my last name from my mom's side.

my little alt no one remembers is the italian version of my middle name.

Well.... I got the name from the dreamcast game I used to play called umm.... Rival Schools 2, and the girl there was quite smart, but...she looked dead in the face, and had this southern belle kind of look to her, with white hair that was full of locks, and this southern ball kind of dress that portruded out a bit-plus she fought and kicked you know what with a violin as her weapon.

I wanted a name that started with "Z", because I thought it was a relatively rare thing (and I felt sorry for the poor letter). And then the rest of my name is similar to the name of my first ever mud character (in aetolia, nonetheless). Curiously, a part of it comes close to my real name, which was completely unintentional

Crevan = Irish for "fox"

I name my characters after flowers. Amyranth (Amaranth was taken, and I use Amaranth because it's half of an anagram of my real name) and Edelweiss.

The name of my alt actually comes from the bottom of a little owl statue from the dollar store.

Sylphas was a random throwaway name for trying out Lusternia in open beta. I got too involved to reroll, but I'd love to change to something that doesn't involve fae intercepting any items given to me if I could.

Lacyrion might have been nice, though Lealccoysrtiaonn would have been the most symmetrical.

Lacyrion sounds vaguely like Endymion, and then I'd think Elostian is from Sailor Moon.

Boy, that'd change the whole show, wouldn't it?


PS: He said his name was pronounced "Bob". And that's nice almost perfectly symmetrical.
