I don't think Silvanus really has any reason to be sneaky. I've known him for awhile, and he just doesn't seem like the kinda guy who'd just outright make something up like that. He roleclaimed, and I kinda trust that. People like Casilu, who are being more obstinate and cryptic would be far better targets than a guy who's just posting plain and clearly.

Revan, this strategy is exactly as bad as it was last time (although it was right then, but only by coincidence.) "OOC reliability" isn't what you're supposed to go off in a mafia game! If he was scum he would be supposed to lie, cheat, possibly steal and shoot us in the face when we're asleep. Actually not cheat, still gotta play by the rules, but you get the point.
That said, Unvote Silvanus. Vote: Duke of Ess. I'm still not sure Silvanus couldn't just be making that up, but Galaphyrae isn't posting anything at all, so oh well.
Revan2008-06-13 04:45:29
Tsk, Shiri, by now you should know to trust my gut! I'm rarely wrong in my personality judgements. I don't see why we should vote out the inactives either... but I guess that's the perogative of this group. One would think that Mafia would be more involved with the game. However there's always the chance that mafia hope inactivity will save them, I suppose.
Unknown2008-06-13 04:50:49
So I totally somehow missed Silvanus' roleclaim when I voted.
Oops.
Anyways, I'm totally down with a bandwagon against Galaphyrae for inactivity. I'll roll with Silvanus' vanilla roleclaim for now.

...you're wrong with personality judgements -all the time-. Like, consistently.
Anyway, there's two reasons to vote out inactives. 1. The game gets boring with less people talking. 2. (so the theories go) mafia are less likely to talk during the day so as to A) avoid drawing attention to themselves and because they're playing the game during the night whereas the townies aren't so much. I think this is a kind of long-winded excuse for 1. but whatever, 1. is good enough for me.
Casilu2008-06-13 05:35:55
For the reasons of inactivity mentioned....

You're not a very perceptive person, are ya? it was you who initially condemned Thoros, and me who initially supported our cop. My gut > yours
Anyway, I suppose it makes sense to kick out people who aren't contributing to the game, especially on the theory that they're only doing night action.

You were right that -one- time, completely by chance. Since you seem to have forgotten, you stuck up for me too, and jumped on Celina, and both of those guesses turned out wrong.
Revan2008-06-13 06:36:27
except you fail to remember that I really didn't put much effort or caring into the last game as I am doing now. Need I remind you of Balizars complaints with me? Tsk.
Shiri2008-06-13 06:37:29
I guess your guessing Thoros right doesn't count either then.
Unknown2008-06-13 06:38:32
Well, we're 2/3rds of the way there. Hopefully our silvanus voters'll hop ship and we can move on.
Silvanus2008-06-13 06:42:32
I'd give Duke to the end of the deadline to lynch if it has resopnded yet (sorry for the it). Either way, a majority will lynch by then.
Shiri2008-06-13 06:43:06
I think we need to stop at 3 votes before so Casilu doesn't almost-gank Gala by accident and then someone else finishes her off and is able to use that as an excuse...or something. Either way, give her time to roleclaim (knowing her she won't be back till tomorrow morning.)

It's not just that he roleclaimed, it's that he roleclaimed fairly convincingly. Just keep in mind that if there are any holes to pick apart in it, do so.
As for the yellow, blame Revan.

Yeah.. the darker colours like purple and green are fine, but it's a completely different story when he uses the bright colours.
