Good job whomever got Xavius.
Well, at least we know the nights'll be fast.
Anyways, I'm open to suggestions on where to go from here. I skimmed the posts I missed today, so I'm more or less caught up. Good job on Dag.

Sweet, we managed to get a scum already.
So, the topic is Vengeance. Do we have any necromancers around? Now that I think about it, it's another one of those two-sided things as with the angels. We already confirmed that Aetolian skill users have snuck in (see: Daganev and Xavius). Just like how we have Necromancy here in Lusternia (It doesn't have the Vengeance ability, though) it's also in the other IRE games. For those that didn't play the other IRE games, Vengeance caused damage to everyone in the room (it got pretty bad sometimes) when you died. In a mafia context...well, we probably know what that means!
Envoy vote: Nay

Hm. I read that as Avechna's vengeance... though I'm not really sure how that'd apply to us. Someone would have to die, and then be attacked again (and live the second time) to call it? Maybe your interpretation is more accurate.
Arix2008-06-25 01:44:14
Seems like vengeance would be some kind of jester-type thing where if someone gets lynched/nightkilled their attacker gets screwed over. So going with the 'screw the people who can nightkill' idea, I will ENVOY VOTE: YEA
Unknown2008-06-25 01:44:30
I find it suspicious that Furien doesn't want vengeance. If you think about it, who's going to die the most? The Town.
If they have a chance to do damage to those who attack them, that's a good thing. Envoy vote: Yes.

We're interpreting it differently- is this lynch or nightkill? If it's lynch, then do they get to choose their target? If so, is it really beneficial to let a townie just take a shot in the dark? I'm all for it if there's a confirmed scum, but if there was a confirmed scum not only do they get an extra shot at us, but they also would be the ones being lynched instead of a random townie.
(If that makes sense, I think I lost myself somewhere in there)

Well.
This is interesting. One scum down, one SK down. (I totally spotted Daganev's lies from the start, did I not?)
I think there are multiple mafias. I'm guessing there is an Imperian mafia also (I would say lusternian mafia but I think all the lusternians are town). Thats what, four players? + 1 SK from achaea because sham is sadistic like that. Just a thought.
I like the vengeance idea. I think it might give town an edge vs daykills, so I'm gonna...
Envoy: Yea
Also yes I am posting in purple. Yes there is a reason. No I'm not scum. I hope this helps rather than hurts.

Actually I'll just come out and say I was targetted at night by someone. I have to post in purple for the day. I didnt find out who or how. All I was told is that if I break the rules I'd be modkilled.
Could go either way, really. I was debating just not posting for the entire day to in order to avoid someone finding out who or what I am (town I assure you) but I thought I should post just in case the someone who targetted me is also town and this would be a conformation.

Okay, after analyzing it a bit more, you guys have a point.
We're bound to have a Pro-Town person with Necromancy. We've already had Xenthos (A gloom), a Blademaster Tracker (Okay that could be anywhere) and an Aquamancer Telepath (Celest), so we're almost guaranteed to have a townie with Necromancy.

I'm leaning towards you being town, despite previous vote, because most scum don't try and knock off a SK. I think. Hmm. Though...I wonder what the hell kind of power makes you post in colour?
Xenthos2008-06-25 01:56:57
I guess I'll go ahead and envoy vote: yea. I do think it has something to do with our Avenger, I'm just not sure how it will be beneficial if implemented the way we know (and love) it. Still, should be better than nothing.

... afaik, the scum don't generally know who the serial killer is, because the serial killer wants to kill them (look at Daganev's role again, he had to kill off *everyone* to win). As such, I don't think Daganev's death really gives us a whole lot of information, though it was an extremely lucky break to take out a night-killer this early.
